Archspace Design provides residential and commercial interior design and execution services. This policy applies to information collected through archspace.design, our enquiry forms and advertising landing pages.
When you contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, project type, location, budget, timeline and the details you choose to share about your project. We also collect limited technical and advertising information such as the page visited, referring page, device/browser information, IP-derived location, campaign parameters and Google click identifiers.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, understand project requirements, arrange consultations, provide proposals, improve our website and marketing, measure advertising performance, prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions and maintain our business records.
If you submit an enquiry, you ask Archspace Design to contact you about that enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email. You may ask us to stop promotional follow-up at any time. Service-related communications about an active enquiry or project may still be necessary.
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tools. These services may use cookies or similar browser storage to help us understand visits and attribute enquiries to advertising. Campaign details may also be stored in your browser so they can be attached to a later enquiry. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website, communicate with leads, manage projects or measure advertising, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information. We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for these purposes, legal obligations and dispute resolution.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information through a general enquiry form.
You may ask us to correct or delete information associated with your enquiry, or withdraw consent for future promotional contact, subject to information we must retain for legal or operational reasons.
