Do you plan small shops as well as showrooms?

Both can be discussed. Share your usable area, product range, storage needs and customer-facing requirements so the brief reflects the size and purpose of your premises.

Can you work with an existing brand design?

Share the brand guidelines, reference layouts and any mandatory fixture or signage requirements. Their suitability for the site and the responsibilities for design adaptation and execution can then be agreed.

Can the shop remain open during a renovation?

This depends on the work, available access and whether customers and staff can be safely separated from it. Any phased approach needs to be assessed before a programme is agreed.

What determines the cost of a shop fit-out?

Area is one factor. Existing conditions, display fixtures, lighting, finishes, services, permissions and installation constraints also affect the proposal. A site-specific scope is needed before a reliable estimate can be prepared.
